Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL) is compulsory for all motor cars. If you drive a motor car and you cause damage to other people or their property, you could be held liable for their loss. TPL insurance protects you from this risk. And it assures that the person(s) bringing a claim against you will receive assistance without delay.
