Job application
Applying for a position at ENNIA is a fast and efficient procedure. You’ll know within two weeks if you have a job. This is the standard procedure (if all goes perfectly to plan):
* You send a letter of application, including your motivation and résumé.
* You email your letter of application to ENNIA, for the attention of Angelique Lanoy - Leito, manager HRM.
* We select a number of candidates from the applications received.
* We invite you for a first interview.
* The first interview takes place with the HR manager. In some cases, your future supervisor also attends the interview.
* If the first interview is positive, you will be invited by us for a second interview.
* The second interview takes place with a future colleague, or, if you are applying for a management position, with senior management.
* If we wish to proceed, we will let you know as soon as possible.
* We will invite you to discuss details such as salary, start date and other relevant matters.
