KPMG ACCOUNTANTS audited the life insurance and general insurance annual statements (the“Annual Statements”) of ENNIA Caribe Leven N.V., ENNIA Caribe Schade N.V and ENNIA Caribe Zorg N.V (the “Group”) for the year ended December 31, 2009, from which these financial highlights consisting of balance sheet, explanatory notes to the balance sheet, profit and loss statement and analysis of unassigned earnings were derived.
